Jon Kaplan
President TeleDevelopment Services, Inc.Jon is the president of TeleDevelopment Services, Inc. He was the 1997 National President of the American Teleservices Association (ATA) and is currently the Chairperson for the ATA International Committee. He is also the 1999 recipient of Call Center Magazine Industry Pioneer of the Year.
Jon is also the author of numerous industry articles and a frequent speaker at national and international contact center conferences.
Starting his call center career in 1979, Jon spent his first eight years managing the start-up of in-house call center operations for the BF Goodrich Company and General Motors.
He spent six years in the service agency arena, working as vice-president of a large service agency and then as founder and president of his own service agency.
Jon and TeleDevelopment are recipients of a number of industry awards, including two Telo Awards (ATA) and one ACCE Award (Customer Interface Magazine).
Jon holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Kent State University (KSU); he majored in Marketing and minored in Communications.

TeleDevelopment Services, Inc.Judy has been engaged in the world of finance for the last 20 years. She started working in the fields of accounting, auditing, and eventually moved to finance and treasury administration. Prior to joining TDS, she served as the AVP and Comptroller of Advan Motor Corp. She earned her finance experience from her decade’s worth of working with Diamond Motor Corp., three years with a petroleum company and a year with Asia Partnership Phils. Judy is a graduate of Far Eastern University and holds a Degree of Bachelor of Science Major in Accounting, minor in Business Management.
Aside from her toiling work schedule, she is part of the Board of Directors of the following: Diamond Motors Group of Companies and Advan Motors-GM dealer. She is also a member of the following: Personnel Management Association of the Philippines, Caritas, and Lamb of God.
Mary Pauline Santos
Director for Training
TeleDevelopment Services, Inc.Having majored in English at St. Paul University, Manila, Bambi gained notable experience in the academe, where she was part of the English Program faculty for the secondary level of St.Paul College, Pasig for four years.
She eventually shifted careers and joined the telecommunications industry, doing some operations work. She also had a stint with the pre-need insurance industry where she initially handled administrative tasks and in due course rose from the ranks to become manager for training. Such experience honed her managerial and training skills since, concurrent to her supervisory tasks, she conceptualized, designed and implemented training programs on collections, quality customer service and sales.
In 2004, she joined TeleDevelopment Services, Inc. as one of the pioneer members. She started as a manager for the training team, taking on the responsibility of being the primary designer for sales and agent skills programs.
Bambi did a stint in Business Development with her deep understanding of the call center industry giving her a perfect advantage to represent TeleDevelopment to prospective clients.
As the current Director for Training Bambi is focused on managing and growing the Training department and its members. She is responsible for the professional growth of the team while leading them to learn enhanced skills and assisting in helping to drive TDS training related sales opportunities.
Luis Molina
Director for Executive Search
TeleDevelopment Services, Inc.Luis is the Head of TDS’ Executive Search and Management Recruitment Department. He spent over ten years doing recruitment work in the banking sector before venturing into the business process outsourcing industry. His experience includes sourcing and hiring for staff level up to managerial and executive level positions. He also has sufficient background in vendor management of manpower staffing partners. Luis rose from the ranks and eventually headed the recruitment department of the country’s biggest universal bank.
After his banking stint, Luis joined the BPO industry. He initially handled recruitment for the frontline personnel of a BPO with over 3,000 employees. There, he gained exposure in volume hiring for multiple accounts that dealt with inbound customer service for voice and e-mail/chat campaigns. He eventually headed the said BPO’s Support and Leadership Recruitment team and was tasked to oversee sourcing and recruitment for support staff and leadership posts. Luis joined TDS in May 2007.
As Head of the Executive Search and Management Recruitment Department of TDS, Luis is responsible for managing a team of seasoned recruitment consultants and sourcing associates. He ensures the sourcing and placement of top-notch personnel for the diverse requirements of TDS’ call center and BPO clients. Luis obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Philippines in Diliman and has earned some units leading to a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
Marlo John Maroon
Internal HR and Admin Manager
TeleDevelopment Services, Inc.Marlo is the Head of TDS’ Human Resources and Admin Department which includes Information Technology & Marketing and Events Planning Section. He has a total of 15 years exposure in the different facets of HR with strength in recruitment & selection, employee relations, policy/benefits administration and agency management.
For 10 straight years, he worked for one of the biggest universal banks here in the country, climbed his way up the corporate ladder and became the department head of Recruitment & Placement under Organizational Planning & Placement Division.
He then ventured into the world of consultancy, BPO and became the HR Director of a call center and HR Manager of an executive search firm both situated in the heart of Ortigas Center. For a year and a half, he was the President/CEO of his own executive search firm which dealt with clients in various industries like manufacturing, financial institution, auditing firms, call centers, information technology etc.
Further, Marlo graduated with a degree in Arts and Business major in Human Resources Management at DLSU – College of Saint Benilde.
Janet Lee-Jodloman
Training Manager Corporate Training and Special Projects
TeleDevelopment Services, Inc.Janet started her training career in Speechpower, where she specialized in the language modules. When the contact center boom hit the Philippine shores in early 2000, Janet saw another opportunity to share her language expertise to a new industry. She joined eTelecare International, initially as a speech coach, and eventually as a full-time senior training officer.
In the years that she has spent in Speechpower and eTelecare, she has authored a number of modules, including Telephone Skills, Practical English for Practical People, Block Training for Technical Support Unit, Speech Training for Agents and Trainers, Interacting with Americans, and many other modules.
Janet also spent some time doing TNA for the different business units of eTelecare. As a result of these efforts, she helped launch a program called “Trainers Online”, an email support program for language-related inquiries that was made available to team leaders and managers. Currently, Janet handles both corporate and public classes for English.
Brenna Evangelista
Director for Business Development
TeleDevelopment Services, Inc.Brenna is a business professional with 14 years experience in the telecommunications industry commencing her career in the Customer Service / Call Center field. She has worked for market leaders in Telecoms in the Philippines, moving up from Call Center Management to Business Development to Marketing and Sales.
She started with the leading mobile cellular company in the Philippines, managing the customer service facilities of both Cebu and Manila for 6 years. Brenna then joined the leading cable network as Head of Technical Customer Support for 3 years, moving to the top telecommunications company in the country to spearhead the new international subsidiary. After 2 years, she was transferred to the UK as Head of Marketing and Sales, introducing a new service in the British market using a number of creative programs to capture the customers’ imagination and secure market share.
A UK based Telecoms company discovered her talent and made her the Business Development and Marketing Senior Vice President for the UK operations. Here she flourished in developing the ethnic market specifically South East Asia while handling over all operations of its customer service contact centers for over 2 years before she joined TDS in October of this year 2009 as Director for Business Development.
